SWIM COACH
As a Swim Coach at TUI Holiday Villages or TUI BLUE resorts, you’ll play a key role in our aquatic programme by delivering safe, fun, and confidence-building swimming lessons for guests of all ages. Your work goes beyond teaching techniques – you’ll help guests feel comfortable in the water and create holiday memories that last.
You’ll plan and deliver structured swim sessions for different ability levels, always keeping safety as your top priority. You’ll promote the swim programme across the resort, manage bookings, and check pre-booked sessions before guests arrive. You’ll also use our messaging systems to welcome participants and provide useful information.
Part of your role includes running Box Office sessions to engage with guests and maintaining the right coach-to-swimmer ratios during lessons. You’ll also take part in special activities like Parent & Toddler sessions and join in wider resort entertainment when needed.
To work in this role, you must hold a recognised Swimming Teaching or Coaching Certificate (not an assisting or general sports qualification) from your country of residence. A lifesaving certification is required or can be gained during training to ensure full pool safety during lessons.
Your approach should mix clear instruction with fun and encouragement, helping each swimmer grow in skill and confidence while enjoying every moment in the pool.
