This virtual interview will give you the chance to meet us in person and to complete your final one-to-one interview with us. We will also discuss the Terms and Conditions of the role with you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Make Sure You Are Prepared
We would like you to prepare an activity for the day we meet.
As a TUI Swim Coach, working in our destinations, your aim is to plan and deliver Swim lessons and then to be able to promote them to the newly arrived guests.
We would like you to come up with a 30-minutes class of your choice and then promote it during a 3-minutes presentation.
Be sure to Include a Theme in your session.
Please highlight the benefits of your lesson, why your guests should attend and what they will be doing.
You are welcome to use props and other material for your presentation.
Hints & Tips
Make sure you are in a comfortable and undisturbed environment
You will have the best experience when you join via a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with suitable headphones
Most of all we want you to have fun and show us who you are.
