About you

We ask you to provide some additional information about yourself and answer some biographical questions. 

The biographical questions are designed to check equality and ensure that the assessment is fair to everyone. These questions are optional. If you prefer not to answer them, please select the ‘prefer not to say’ option for the questions you do not wish to answer.

Online assessment

Situational Judgement Test (SJT) 

You will be asked to answer a number of questions based on scenarios likely to occur in your day-to-day role as a cabin crew member. 

Personality questionnaire

The personality questionnaire contains a series of questions designed to get a better idea of your preferred working style.   

Motivational questionnaire

The motivation questionnaire assesses what is generally important to you at work and what motivates you to succeed in your job.

English test

It is important that you have an advanced level of English to be able to understand and process all the teaching material throughout the course

The English test lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour. It is divided into two parts: an oral test and a written test.
