As a Cabin Crew Member and ambassador for TUI, your top priority is the safety of our customers. You will consistently uphold TUI’s safety, service, and uniform standards. From pre-flight checks to emergency drills, you’re prepared to handle any situation calmly and confidently, including unexpected events that require quick thinking and decisive action. Your extensive training in first aid and safety procedures ensures you’re always ready to guide customers and provide crucial assistance. About you

- – You’re 18 years of age on the first day of your new entrant course
- – You’re able to reach a height of 1.89m bare feet flat on the floor
- – Able to perform all regulatory duties including being able to sit and fully fasten an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness
- – You’re able to swim at least 25 meters
- – You’re willing to undertake a drug and alcohol test and a Cabin Crew Medical throughout employment
- – You’re willing to vaccinate according to WHO (World Health Organisation) vaccination
- – You can understand, speak and write good and equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3
- – Able to work shifts across a 24/7 flight programme and be able to report in uniform at Zaventem in 60 minutes
- – Hold an European passport without restrictions and with a minimum validity of 6 months
- – Able to obtain and maintain a background check according national law

- – You are at least 18 years old at the start of training
- – Holding or being able to obtain a EU/EEA or Swiss passport, valid for at least 6months from day 1 of training and the legal right to live and work in Belgium before the start of your training

We have several start-up options. For summer season 2025, we programmed initial trainings between January and April. So even if you have to give notice at your current job, feel free to apply. You will be given the exact possible dates at the end of your application process.
A separate vacancy will be published for job students. Your training will take place from February or March during weekends and school holidays and you will start as a Cabin Crew during the summer months of July, August and September. You will work for a minimum of 9 weeks.
You will first have an intensive five-week theoretical course on, among other things, on-board safety, service, evacuation exercises… and during the following days, your practical training flights will be scheduled. So, in total, expect a training period of about 5-6 weeks.
As a job student, your training will take place from February and/or March during weekends and school holidays. You will start flying as a Cabin Crew during the summer months of July, August and September. You will work for a minimum of 9 weeks
Yes, you will receive a salary from the start of your training, this is similar to your basic gross salary. From the moment you start flying, several supplements and legal benefits are added.
For job students, this is different. You will only receive a salary from the moment you start flying after successfully completing your training. The amount of your gross salary, supplements and benefits remain the same.
Yes, but we do ask that you are motivated and committed to improve the other national language. We do expect you to have a basic knowledge of the country’s other language so you can have basic conversations, answer simple questions or assess and explain any risk on board.
English is the working language in aviation and all classes and exams will also be taught and conducted in English. Your level of English (written and spoken) will therefore be assessed during your online tests.
Most of our customers go on holiday during school holiday periods during winter and summer. We offer a contract from the first day of your training until 3 November 2025. Depending on your regular evaluations, we are happy to offer one or more extensions, and this may also result in a permanent contract.
You will start as a cabin crew during the summer months (from 1 July to 14 September). You will work for 9 weeks, giving you the opportunity to take 2 weeks off during the summer season.
