This assessment has been designed to measure some of the key attributes that are important when working in one of our Operations & Delivery roles here at TUI. It will help us to identify what role you are best suited for.   

Please allow approximately 40 minutes to complete the assessment. We’ve included some practice questions and further instructions to help guide you through. The assessment can be completed on a mobile, tablet or desktop in a comfortable environment of your choice.

ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES 

Situational Judgement Test (SJT)

You’ll be asked to provide a response to several scenario-based questions that may feature in your day-to-day role in Operations & Delivery. 

Personality & Motivational Questionnaire 

These questionnaires contain a series of questions to help understand your preferred style at work and why you would like to join us.  

Numeracy Test 

We have online systems that you will work with, but there are times when you’ll need to do manual calculations so this basic numeracy test will evaluate your level of numeracy.
