Welcome to the first step of our selection process.

What to expect

During this stage, you will complete a series of tests aimed at evaluating various aspects of your skills and personality.

Important: The online Psychometric Assessment consists of two phases, which will be completed separately.
You will only proceed to phase two if you meet a certain benchmark. If you do not meet this benchmark, the recruitment process will end for you.
If you pass the first phase, you will receive an invitation email for phase two within a few days.

The assessment includes the following elements:

Phase one:

1.Cognitive Reasoning – assesses general mental agility

This is a times test lasting 30 minutes; after 30 minutes the test will end automatically, regardless of whether you have finished all the questions.

2.FAST – designed to test physical and cognitive skills in a multi-tasking environment.

Takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Phase two (if phase one was successful):

1. CRM test – assesses the non-technical skills associated with crew resource management, using scenario-based questions.

The assessment is untimed but should take approximately 30 to 40 minutes to complete.

2. Personality questionnaire – examines individual preferences for styles of working, particularly for individuals working in the aviation industry.

This stage has no time limit but should take approximately 40-60 minutes to complete.
