Welcome to the third step of our selection process
1.What to expect
In this stage, you will complete a series of tests designed to assess various aspects of your skills and personality.
The Psychometric Assessment consists of two phases, completed separately:
- – You will only proceed to Phase Two if you meet the required benchmark in Phase One.
– If you do not meet this benchmark, the recruitment process will end.
– If you pass Phase One, you will receive an invitation email for Phase Two within a few days.
You can find the link to the Psychometric Assessment under the tile “Online Assessment 1”. If you pass phase one and are invited to phase two, the link will be available under the tile “Online Assessment 2”.
Assessment Overview
Phase 1:
1.Cognitive Reasoning Test – Assesses general mental agility. This is a timed test lasting 30 minutes; after 30 minutes the test will end automatically, regardless of whether you have finished all the questions.
2.FAST Test – Evaluates physical and cognitive skills in a multi-tasking environment. Takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
If you successfully pass Phase One, you’ll be invited to complete Phase Two:
Phase 2:
1. CRM test – Assesses the non-technical skills associated with crew resource management, using scenario-based questions. Untimed, but typically takes 30–40 minutes to complete.
2. Personality questionnaire – Examines work style preferences, particularly for aviation roles. Untimed, but typically takes 40–60 minutes to complete
2.How to start the Online Psychometric Assessment
To ensure you have a smooth experience:
– Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
– Minimise distraction
– You will require a computer or laptop with a mouse and headphones/speakers
– We recommend using Google Chrome
Important notes:
– Each test must be completed in one sitting once launched, but you can complete different tests separately.
– You will only be given one attempt to complete the test. Requests to retake the assessment will not be considered.

3.Completing the assessment
- – After finishing a test, click “Return to your assessments” to access the next one.
– Once all tests are completed, click “Logout” at the top of the page to upload your results.
4.What’s next?
Once we have evaluated your results, you will receive an email confirming whether you passed or failed. If successful, the email will include details about the next phase of the selection process. Additionally, new tiles will appear on your Pilot Candidate Portal with further instructions.
