Your Virtual Assessment Centre experience will include:
-A welcome session, to meet the team and get more insights into TUI Airline and the process
– A Technical Assessment (approximately 1 hour), which includes: a case study with role play and a technical interview
– A non-technical and psychological interview (approximately 1 hour)

3.Schedule
The Virtual Assessment Centres will take place on the following dates:
March
25/3

This overview will be updated regularly so candidates can see which dates are fully booked.
4. FAQ
We recommend checking the platform regularly over the coming days or weeks, as new assessment days may be added.
If all available Assessment Centre slots are filled, you will be notified by email. You will then be placed on a waiting list for the next acquisition campaign and will not need to repeat the previous selection stages.
You are expected to block your calendar from either 09:00 to 13:00 CET or from 14:00 to 18:00 CET.
Depending on the schedule for the day, your assessments may finish earlier than 13:00 or 18:00.
A detailed timeline will be shared during the briefing; however, we kindly ask you to remain available for the full day.
We ask you to thoroughly check your agenda and availability before scheduling your assessment.
If due to circumstances you need to reschedule, you can use the same planning tool and cancel your appointment. You can then schedule a new appointment. You don’t need to send an email for this and can easily reschedule your appointment yourself.
Please note that rescheduling is only possible up to four business days before your scheduled Assessment Centre date. Once this deadline has passed, your appointment can no longer be changed.
We will use the same platform as your Candidate Portal for the Virtual Assessment Centre, which means you won’t need access to external applications like Teams. A new tile will appear on your portal specifically for the Assessment Centre.
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection on the day of your assessment and find a quiet, distraction-free environment. Please also be aware that the use of AI tools is strictly prohibited during the Assessment Centre.
We will review the results of the Assessment Centre as quickly as possible and will inform you of the outcome within five business days.
