This section explains what you can expect as you navigate through our selection process.
Please read all the information provided in each section carefully before proceeding to the next phase.
Questions already answered in the portal will not receive a response via email.
Please note:
– Not all tiles are visible at the start.
– As you are invited to the next phase of the selection process, new tiles will appear.
– These tiles will provide details about that stage and allow you to schedule assessments.
If you are invited to the next stage of our selection process, you will be notified by email. However, we kindly ask you to regularly check your Candidate Portal for updates and to explore any newly available tiles.

3.About You – Mandatory step
Before we can proceed with your application, we need some additional information about your background and experience.
The About You-questions are mandatory and should be completed as soon as possible. This step takes approximately 10 minutes and is essential for your application progress.
You must complete these questions within 7 calendar days of receiving your invitation link to the Pilot Candidate Portal. If the questions are not completed within this timeframe, we will assume that you are no longer interested and your application will unfortunately be disqualified. Once submitted, we will review your answers and determine whether your application will proceed to the next stage of the selection process.
4.Our Recruitment process
Our recruitment process consists of the stages outlined below. To advance to the next stage, you must successfully complete each preceding stage.

4.2 What to expect
Detailed information about each selection phase will be provided on the relevant tiles in your Candidate Portal and via confirmation emails. Here’s a summary of the process:
1.About You Questions
The “About You” questions must be completed within 7 calendar days of receiving your invitation link to the Pilot Candidate Portal and take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
If these questions are not completed within this timeframe, your application will unfortunately be disqualified.
Once submitted, we will review your answers along with the documents you upload and decide whether your application will proceed to the next stage of the selection process.
In this section, we will ask for detailed information about your experience, including:
– Total flying hours
– Current ratings
– Latest proficiency check
– Criminal record details
– Notice period
– Additional relevant information
2. Document upload
You will be required to upload specific documents within 7 days of receiving your invitation link to thePilot Candidate Portal, which will be reviewed, along with the About You Questions, as part of your application.
3. Online Assessment – phase 1 (Digital)
a.Cognitive Reasoning Test – Assesses general mental agility
b.FAST – Evaluates physical and cognitive skills in a multi-tasking environment
4. Online Assessment – phase 2 (Digital)
a.Personality Questionnaire
b.CRM test – Assesses non-technical skills related to crew resources management through scenario-based questions
5. Virtual Assessment Centre
includes two components:
- – Technical Assessment
– Psychological Interview
6. Simulator Assessment
The assessment is conducted on a B737 fixed-base simulator at locations corresponding to your applied country/base:
- – Brussels
– Amsterdam
– Stockholm
– London
Each session lasts one hour:
- – 30 minutes as PM
– 30 minutes as PF
7. Lifestyle psychoactive substance test
Drug- and alcohol screening
4.3 Schedule

3. Online Assessment – Phase 1

5. Virtual Assessment Centre
Starting from the end of March 2026.
6. Sim Assessment
Starting from the beginning of April 2026.
7. Lifestyle Test
Will take place on the same day as your simulator assessment.
