Port Delivery (Intercruises)
Intercruises is our specialist brand at TUI providing cruise ship handling services to our clients in destinations throughout the world. They are the main point of contact and work with our cruise line partners to handle all their embarkation and debarkation needs. The team are responsible for all shoreside operations ensuring we remain competitive, and that we consistently deliver our renowned high standard of services at every touch point.
Our Port Delivery Agents are primarily customer-facing and are present at the port on the days of operation. They are responsible for the smooth delivery of all pre-agreed services with the cruise client. We also have our Operations and Port Delivery Agents who are the point of contact with various port agencies and suppliers. They maintain communication with the ship and manage invoice settlements, ensuring any last-minute change requests are updated.

Operations Support HUB
Our Operations Support HUB (OSH) teams are divided into two sections. An Admin Executive provides operational and administrative support to the wider team and business partners across assigned destinations. Responsibilities here will include the resort liquidation process including managing the destination team commission payments and making all relevant supplier payments and collections. They also assist to manage staff accommodation contracts and other relevant office admin tasks.
Our Service & Source Market Executive teams provide additional operational and administrative support to their assigned destinations. Role responsibilities include managing staff credentials and actioning resort incidents. They also keep in constant communication with suppliers whilst liaising with operational teams and TUI stakeholders regarding post-holiday legal claims.

Booking & Planning
The Operations HUB teams are responsible for all our Booking & Planning requirements across assigned destinations.
The teams are divided into three sections.
Booking Executives will manage and check all information from our customers, ensuring that it is correctly integrated in our booking systems and provide the best digital service for our guests.
Booking & Planning Executives (Activities & Shorex) who plan and look after the TUI in-resort activities and cruise shore excursions – ensuring all run compliantly, are cost efficient and meet our high service standards.
Booking & Planning Executives (Transfers & Turnarounds) who are dedicated to managing the operational and logistical needs of our in-resort hotel transfers and cruise ship turnarounds.

Local Operations Agents
At TUI, our Operations Agents form part of the wider Local Operations Support team and are an important link between the centralised Operations HUB and our guest facing ‘in-resort’ teams such as the TUI Hotel Reps.
Included in this function are our Operations Agent (Excursions) who focus on the local delivery of our excursions and ensure any last-minute operational changes or guest requests are managed and relevant suppliers are updated. They guarantee that all excursions meet the quality and operational standards expected, and any issues or incidents are resolved.
Secondly, we have our Operations Agent (Airport) who are primarily responsible for managing operational and supplier related issues to prevent any impact in the overall service delivery related to the Airport.

Weddings Coordinator
A Weddings Coordinator at TUI is responsible for the completion of all the wedding planning arrangements prior to the big day. This important and exciting role is responsible for assisting the couple before they have even arrived in destination.
These local experts form part of the wider in-resort Weddings team and are tasked to ensure that all final details, preparations and legal documents are correct and delivered ahead of the ceremony. They keep in regular contact with the guests to finalise their preferences and are present on the wedding day to ensure that all pre-arranged services are smoothly delivered – with any issues being resolved on the spot.
