Your role is to design and deliver a fun, safe, and developmental programme that nurtures curiosity and creativity while ensuring every child feels cared for and included.
Your daily activities will include looking after our youngest guests by feeding, changing, and comforting babies and infants aged 0–3, as well as leading exciting games, crafts, and themed activities for older children. You’ll also bring the fun to life during special events such as parades, team days, and evening party dances at the kids’ disco – moments that make holidays truly special.
You’ll play an important part in maintaining TUI’s high childcare standards by following all health and safety guidelines, ensuring every child’s wellbeing is always the top priority. At the same time, you’ll support parents and guardians by answering their questions and helping to solve any issues, creating an atmosphere of trust and happiness throughout the holiday experience.
Above all, this role is about sharing your passion for childcare, your creativity, and your positive energy – making sure every child’s day is filled with laughter, learning, and a little bit of magic.

TUI KIDS CLUB HOST
As a Kids Club Host at TUI, you’ll be the spark that turns ordinary holidays into extraordinary adventures for children aged 3 to 12. Your role is to plan and deliver a lively, age-appropriate activity programme that balances creativity, fun, and learning — ensuring every child feels engaged, inspired, and part of something special.
From imaginative arts and crafts to active outdoor games, you’ll bring each day to life with energy and enthusiasm. You’ll also play a key role in larger resort events, joining parades, team activities, and evening kids discos where you and your team create those magical, laughter-filled memories families will never forget.
You’ll uphold TUI’s commitment to excellent childcare by maintaining the highest standards of safety and wellbeing, ensuring every child enjoys a secure and happy environment. In addition, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for parents and guardians, providing reassurance, answering questions, and helping to resolve any challenges with care and professionalism.
This role is perfect for creative, confident, and caring individuals who love working with children and want to make every holiday a story worth telling.

TUI KIDS CLUB SUPERVISOR
As a Childcare Supervisor at TUI, you’ll take the lead in creating an inspiring and engaging programme for children aged 0 to 12 — combining fun, learning, and creativity to deliver magical moments that families will remember long after their holiday ends.
In this role, you’ll not only design age-appropriate activities but also guide and support your childcare team in delivering them to the highest standard. You’ll coach and motivate a small, diverse team of national and international colleagues, celebrating achievements and using weekly guest feedback to continuously enhance both team performance and the guest experience.
Maintaining a safe and caring environment is at the core of what you do. You’ll ensure that all activities follow TUI’s childcare and health & safety standards as outlined in the childcare handbook, providing both structure and reassurance for guests and team members alike.
