- Detailed information on parking options and your expected arrival time, will be provided in the confirmation email you receive after scheduling your AC.
- Please read the FAQ thoroughly. Any questions/mails regarding information already described here, will not be answered.

We will evaluate each participant at the end of phase one and decide whether you will be invited to phase two of the AC.

If you pass the Assessment Centre, you’ll be scheduled for your simulator assessment the following day. If attending that day is absolutely not possible, we’ll try to find an alternative. However, our strong preference is to conduct the simulator assessment the next day. Please note that no preparation documents will be provided for the simulator assessment.
FAQ
Since we operate across the Western Region, we have decided to conduct all the offline recruitment phases in the Netherlands. The location of the Assessment Centre does not determine the base you will be assigned to.
Please check the platform again within the next few days, as additional assessment days will be added later.
Once all the available spots for our Assessment Centres have been filled, we will notify you via email. We will reach out to you within the next few months to invite you to the next Pilot Assessment Centres.
We expect everyone to arrive at 8 AM local time for the briefing.
Phase one will approximately end at 12 PM, but may end sooner or later, depending on the Case Study schedule.Phase two will conclude no later than 5 PM, depending on the timing of your HR interview.
The Assessment Centre (AC) will take place on the day you have selected. If you succeed in this phase of our selection process, you will be invited for the simulator assessment, which will occur within the next two to four days.
For example, if your AC is on day 1 (e.g., Monday), the sim assessment can be scheduled on day 3 (e.g., Wednesday), day 4 (e.g., Thursday), or day 5 (e.g., Friday).
We strive to schedule it as close to your AC day as possible, but can only confirm the exact day of your simulator assessment on the day of your AC.
