Please make sure to thoroughly read all the information provided on the different tiles before proceeding to the online assessment. Any questions/mails regarding information already described here will not be answered. It is your responsibility to be fully informed before moving forward.  

Note that all the phases of the selection process will be conducted in English.

Meet our team

About you

We need you to provide additional information about yourself and your experience. Additionally, you will be required to upload some training documents.

This is a crucial and mandatory step. Please complete this phase by May 12th at the latest.

Our recruitment process

Our recruitment process consists of six different stages. To advance to the next stage, you must successfully complete each preceding stage.

4.2. Schedule 

The schedule for our recruitment process is as follows:

  1. About You
    – The “About You” questions must be completed before
    1. Psychometric Assessment Phase one
      – Complete between April 30th and May 5th.
    2. Psychometric Assessment Phase two
      – Complete between May 6th and May 11th.
      1. Document Upload 
        – Complete by May 12th at the latest.
        1. Assessment Centres
          Scheduled on the following dates:
          – 28/5
          – 3/6
          – 17/6
          – 24/6
          1. Sim Assessment
            Scheduled on the following dates:
            May:
            – 29-30-31/5
            June:
             – 4-5-6/6
            – 18-19-20/6
            – 25-26-27/6
            1. Psychological Interview
              Starting from June 4th.


              4.3 What to expect 
              More detailed information regarding each phase will be shared on the relevant tiles and via confirmation mails. Below a summary:

              1. Psychometric Assessment phase 1 – Digital

              –Cognitive reasoning test

              –FAST

              2. Psychometric Assessment phase 2 – Digital 

              –Personality questionnaire

              –CRM test

              3. Assessment Centre – HQ Rijswijk

              The assessment centre will take place at our TUI fly Netherlands HQ in Rijswijk, and includes two phases:

              • Phase 1:

              –Group exercise

              –Technical assessment

              • Phase 2:

              –HR interview

              4. Simulator assessment – CAE Amsterdam-Schiphol

              The simulator assessment will take place at CAE Amsterdam-Schiphol and will be conducted on the B737.  A assessment lasts two hours, with one hour as PM and one hour as PF.  Additional details and briefing packages will be provided in the confirmation email. 
              Both the assessment centre and simulator assessment will take place within the same week.
