Please keep this important overview regarding what happens next. 

1. Check your email

Look for a message from the Placement Team within a week.

Check spam/junk folders too.

You’ll get details about your destination, job title and approximate start date.

2. Wait List (if applicable)

If no immediate position is available, you might be placed on our Wait List/talentpool.

We’ll update you every 2-3 weeks.

3. Position offer by non-contractual email

Receive your position offer.

Reply promptly (3 days) to confirm your acceptance.

4. Accept official offer

Receive, review and accept the offer.

Follow instructions for next steps provided by the team.

5. Visa/Work permit process

If needed, our visa team will contact you.

They’ll guide you through the process.

6. Confirmation of start date and travel arrangements

We’ll confirm your start date as the season approaches.

Travel/flight arrangements will be made by the team if necessary.
