About The Job
As a Fitness Instructor at TUI BLUE, you’ll be at the heart of our BLUEf!t programme, delivering a variety of fitness and wellbeing classes to guests on holiday. Your role extends beyond simply leading exercise sessions – you’ll be creating energising experiences that guests value as a key part of their vacation.
Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering diverse fitness programmes ranging from relaxation and yoga to strength training and pool-based classes. The role requires you to build positive relationships with guests beyond scheduled sessions, providing support and reassurance to enhance their holiday experience.
Qualified instructors need a Group Fitness B-License for specialised classes, while enthusiastic fitness lovers can join entry-level positions without formal qualifications provided they can attend our in-house training. All team members require resilience for varied hours and adaptability across different resort environments.
Your fitness philosophy should emphasise passion for wellbeing, positive energy, personal connections with participants, and creating an inclusive atmosphere where guests of all fitness levels feel welcome.
