FOOTBALL COACH
As a Football Coach at TUI Holiday Villages, you’ll bring energy, fun, and teamwork to our sports entertainment programme. You’ll deliver football sessions for children and families using the Football Fun Factory approach – combining skill, enjoyment, and unforgettable holiday moments.
Your job is not just about teaching football. It’s about creating experiences that families will remember long after their holiday ends. You’ll plan and run engaging sessions, take care of the equipment, and promote the football academy around the resort.
You’ll also manage bookings, check session lists before guests arrive, and use our messaging systems to welcome participants. Part of your role is to be proactive – talking to guests around the hotel and pool, inviting them to join in, and sharing your passion for football.
To work in this position, you’ll need a recognised coaching qualification (FA Level 2 / UEFA C License for England, or equivalent certification for Scotland, Wales, or Germany).
Most importantly, your coaching style should focus on fun, encouragement, and connection – helping every child develop both football skills and confidence while having a great time.

To be able to work in this role, you need to be available to attend our pre-season training. This training is an essential part of the preparation and ensures you are fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence. Please familiarise yourself with the training dates here.
