About The Job
As a Football Coach at TUI Holiday Villages, you’ll be at the heart of our sports entertainment program, delivering the Football Fun Factory way of coaching to children and families on holiday. Your role extends beyond simply teaching football skills – you’ll be creating memorable experiences that families treasure long after their vacation ends.
Your responsibilities will include organising engaging football sessions, maintaining equipment, promoting the academy throughout the resort, and managing bookings. You’ll need to check pre-booked sessions before guest arrivals and use our messaging systems to welcome participants. The role requires you to be proactive in approaching guests around the hotel and pool areas, especially those showing interest in football.
Qualified coaches must hold appropriate licenses (FA Level 2/UEFA C License for England, or equivalent certifications for Scotland, Wales, or Germany). Your coaching philosophy should emphasise fun, positive language, personal connections with each child, and development of both football and life skills.
