WELCOME TO YOUR TUI FOOTBALL COACH ASSESSMENT
This assessment has been designed to measure some of the key attributes that are important when working as a Football Coach here at TUI. Please allow up to 1 hour to complete the assessment. We’ve included some practice questions and further instructions to help guide you through. The assessment can be completed on a mobile, tablet or desktop in a comfortable environment of your choice.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This assessment is split into four components. Please complete each section as quickly and as accurately as you can.
The different components are as follows:
1.Biographical Questions
A few questions to monitor equality and ensure the assessment is fair for everyone. Answering these questions is completely optional.
Your data will be treated confidentially and will not form part of the recruitment process in any way or be visible to anyone involved in
the selection process.
2.Day in a Life of a Football Coach video
This video will help you to understand what the job is about and will provide you with valuable information about tasks and
responsibilities. Please watch it carefully.
3.Personality Questionnaire
The personality questionnaire contains a series of questions to help understand your preferred style at work.
4.Language Test for non-native English speakers
Here at TUI the language we use to communicate with each other is English. The test will evaluate your English level
