WELCOME TO YOUR TUI REP ASSESSMENT

Hello again and welcome to your online Rep Assessment. This assessment has been designed to measure some of the key skills and attributes that are important when working for TUI as a Rep. It will help us to identify what position you are best suited for and how your personality fits with the job.   

Please allow approximately 40 minutes to complete the assessment. We’ve included some practice questions and further instructions to help guide you through. The assessment can be completed on a mobile, tablet or desktop in a comfortable environment of your choice.

ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES 

Situational Judgement Test (SJT)   

You’ll be asked to provide a response to several scenario-based questions that may feature in your day-to-day role as a Hotel Rep, Service Rep or Blue Guide.

Personality & Motivational Questionnaire  

These questionnaires contains a series of questions to help understand your preferred style at work and why you would like to join us.
