Your Contract

When you receive an offer from us, you will also receive a fixed term contract. The contract starts from the end of your third week of training and runs until the end of April 2026. For the contract to be valid, you must pass your reference check and timeline, security interview, medical report, Drugs & Alcohol Test, and five week Cabin Crew training. If failed or not completed within the given timeline, the contract will be terminated and you will lose your employment with us.

Training

When you get an employment with us, you will have to do a mandatory five week full-time training. The course combines home study, classroom lectures, and practical training to cover all parts of the role as Cabin Crew, for you to feel safe operating in the air.

Your classroom lectures and practical training will mostly take place at our training facilities, however one part will take place in the UK. TUI pays for your full training, including training material, travels and accommodation when traveling to the UK.

Your Salary

The salary is determined based on the applicable collective agreement and its current tariffs. In addition to the base salary, Cabin Crew members also receive various supplements. Information about these supplements can be found in the current collective agreement for Cabin Crew.

If you don’t have previous flight experience, you fall under Salary Tariff 0. After 12 months of active service, you reach Tariff 1.

If you have worked as Cabin Crew for another airline immediately before (within a maximum of 14 days) your employment at TUIfly Nordic, you can credit 50% of your flight experience from the other airline, up to a maximum of Tariff 1.

Example: If you have been employed as Cabin Crew at another airline for 12 months, you can credit 6 months. This means that you move up to Tariff 1 after 6 months of working as Cabin Crew at TUIfly Nordic.
