Role Intro
Here you’ll find the full job description for the Pilot role, to give you a better idea of what you’ll be doing, and skills you’ll ideally bring to the job. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver great results, this will help you deliver a memorable start and finish to our customers holidays.
You’ll be able to gain further understanding of the requirements you’ll need to meet as well as more information about the role and the contract offered.
Meet Our Pilots
You’ll hear from our colleagues on their experiences whilst working at TUI and you’ll also get an insight into a typical day of a Pilot, to really bring the role to life!
About You
We’ll ask you to provide us with some more information about yourself and your experience. We’ll also ask you to answer some biographical questions.
The biographical questions are to monitor equality and ensure the assessment is fair for everyone. These questions are optional, so if you prefer not to answer, please select the ‘prefer not to say’ option on the questions that you don’t wish to answer.
Digital Interview
You’ll be asked to complete a digital interview. You’ll see a series of questions pop up on the screen, and you’ll have a short time to prepare your answer, followed by another short amount of time to record your response.
