Welcome to your Rep Assessment
Hello again and welcome to your online Crystal Ski Assessment. This assessment has been designed to measure some of the key skills and attributes that are important when working in a Ski role here at Crystal. It will help us to identify what position you are best suited for and how your personality fits with the job.
Please allow approximately 30-40 minutes to complete the assessment. We’ve included some practice questions and further instructions to help guide you through. The assessment can be completed on a mobile, tablet or desktop in a comfortable environment of your choice.

What To Expect
This assessment is split into five components. Please complete each section as quickly and as accurately as you can.
Biographical Questions
A few questions to monitor equality and ensure the assessment is fair for everyone. Answering these questions is completely optional. Your data will be treated confidentially and will not form part of the recruitment process in any way or be visible to anyone involved in the selection process.
Life In The Mountains
This video will give you a taste of the mountain life. Loving sports, in particular winter sports, or already experienced in skiing or snowboarding will help you massively to bring this job to life.

Assessment Activities
Situational Judgement Test (SJT)
You’ll be asked to provide a response to several scenario-based questions that may feature in your day-to-day role as a Crystal Ski Rep.
Personality Questionnaire
The personality questionnaire contains a series of questions to help understand your preferred style at work.
Language Test For Non-Native English Speakers
Our Crystal guests come from the UK and so we need to evaluate your current level of English to ensure that you will be able to communicate with them and your wider team.
