TUI HOTEL REP & BLUE GUIDE

  • You will be meeting, coordinating, advising, selling, and fixing more complex problems for our international guests. 
  • You will be assisting any traditional guests with our products & services, using both face-to-face and digital service & sales tools available. 
  • It all starts with you uncovering guests holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution and sales opportunities. 
  • You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback results for service provided in your hotels and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’.

TUI AIRPORT REP

  • You will be supporting in and around the airport to co-ordinate the daily operation. 
  • You aim is to do everything possible to fully resolve all enquiries during your first and last contact with our guests. 
  • It all starts with you uncovering guests needs and helping them through the airport as smooth as possible.  
  • You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with regular target updates and guest feedback results for service provided at your airport and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’.

TUI SERVICE SUPPORT REP

  • You will pro-actively inform and communicate with guests in a digital way. 
  • You will be supporting our international guests in more complex, sensitive, or emergency situations that need that extra special attention. 
  • It all starts with you uncovering guests holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution. 
  • You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with regular target updates and guest feedback results for service provided in your hotels and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’.

TUI EXPERIENCES EXPERT

  • You will significantly drive Revenue & Margin through 1:1 sales, welcome meetings & personalised recommendations on TUI Experiences. 
  • You will help maximise sales opportunities by uncovering guests needs and matching them with TUI’s Experiences, using your expert destination and product knowledge.  
  • You will also be responsible for meeting your Sales objectives and tracking your performance using our Digital tools & platforms. 
  • You will support our customers by answering questions, helping them use our App and website for experiences booking and service-related needs.
